Reward, Benefits and Wellbeing
At Ofcom, we value our colleagues for who they are. As part of this, we recognise that everyone has their own needs when it comes to reward, benefits and wellbeing.
Benefits are an important part of what makes up reward packages at Ofcom. We believe in giving our employees benefits to support them while also providing the flexibility needed to design a benefits package that caters to their individual needs and preferences.

Hybrid working model
Flexible working at Ofcom is driven by our connected working principles
At Ofcom, we embrace the best of both worlds—collaboration in person and the flexibility of remote work. Face-to-face time is key to problem-solving, learning, and building strong relationships, while remote work offers adaptability to different work styles and team needs.
We believe spending around half our time together in the office strikes the right balance for our success and growth. However, rather than imposing rigid rules, we trust and empower our teams to make the best decisions about where and how they work.
